And so this year’s edition of JUnited comes to an end, a first for me. I missed a few days but gave it a good shot, I think.I’ll add a few more links over the next few days to make up the 30 for the 30 days of June.

In going over the links, a few common themes stand out:

• The fight for the soul of the (Indie)Web against the rage of algorithms, and the community that the small web can engender
• Loss, and how we manage the weight of those we lose to death
• Tributes to the places we live in, love and (re)discover
